Single-Serve Eggless Chocolate Mug Cake Made Effortlessly in the Air Fryer
Ingredients
3 tablespoons self-raising flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 170°C (340°F).
In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the self-raising flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
Stir in the vanilla extract, sunflower oil, and milk until the batter is smooth.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Place the mug into the air fryer basket and cook for 14–16 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out mostly clean. If needed, cook for 2 more minutes.
Carefully remove the mug using an oven mitt and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Enjoy warm, optionally topped with a scoop of ice cream.
