Description

A quick and modern twist on the classic deviled egg, with perfectly cooked eggs made in the air fryer and a creamy, flavorful filling.

Ingredients

6 large eggs

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

Paprika, for garnish

Fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).

Place eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15–17 minutes.

Once done, transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water and let sit for 5 minutes to cool.

Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl.

Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chopped chives if desired.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
