Description

Golden, crispy pockets stuffed with gooey cheese, savory sauce, and your favorite pizza toppings—these air fryer pizza pockets are a quick and fun twist on pizza night.

Ingredients

1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or other toppings of choice)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing basket)

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 equal rectangles.

Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on half of each rectangle, leaving a border around the edges.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni or your chosen toppings.

Fold the dough over the filling to form a pocket, pressing the edges with a fork to seal.

Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange pockets in a single layer.

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Let cool slightly before serving.
