Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix meatball ingredients: Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Bake or pan-sear meatballs: Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan.
- Combine meatballs and sauce: Toss cooked meatballs in the Alfredo sauce until coated.

- Add spinach or peas for color.
- Serve with fettuccine or garlic bread.
