Description

Juicy Italian-style meatballs simmered in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce — comforting, cheesy, and perfect over pasta or rice.


Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix meatball ingredients: Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  2. Bake or pan-sear meatballs: Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through.
  3. Prepare sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan.
  4. Combine meatballs and sauce: Toss cooked meatballs in the Alfredo sauce until coated.
