Mini burgers layered with Big Mac sauce, melty cheese, lettuce, and pickles on buttery slider rolls — bite-sized fast-food magic.
Ingredients
For Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons French dressing
- 1 tablespoon relish
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
For Sliders:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 6 slices American cheese
Instructions
- Mix sauce ingredients: Combine mayo, French dressing, relish, vinegar, and onion powder. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Shape beef into patties: Divide the ground beef into 12 portions and shape them into thin patties. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Layer sliders: On each slider bun, assemble in this order: bottom bun, Big Mac sauce, beef patty, cheese, pickles, lettuce, top bun.
- Bake: Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

- Add sesame seeds on buns for that authentic look.
