Description

Mini burgers layered with Big Mac sauce, melty cheese, lettuce, and pickles on buttery slider rolls — bite-sized fast-food magic.

Ingredients

For Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons French dressing
  • 1 tablespoon relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

For Sliders:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 6 slices American cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix sauce ingredients: Combine mayo, French dressing, relish, vinegar, and onion powder. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Shape beef into patties: Divide the ground beef into 12 portions and shape them into thin patties. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Layer sliders: On each slider bun, assemble in this order: bottom bun, Big Mac sauce, beef patty, cheese, pickles, lettuce, top bun.
  4. Bake: Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Notes
