Description

Crunchy, buttery corn bites tossed in bold Cajun spices—spicy, savory, and utterly irresistible—a playful twist on Wingstop’s cult‑favorite side that’s ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

4 ears fresh corn, husked and cut into thirds (bite‑sized pieces)

2 Tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Oil for frying (canola or veg) to 350 °F

Cajun spice mix:

2 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt, to taste

3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Optional garnish: fresh parsley and lime wedge

Instructions

Dry corn pieces thoroughly after cutting into thirds.

Heat frying oil to 350 °F (175 °C).

Fry corn in batches for about 4–5 minutes until golden and slightly crispy. Drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Toss the hot corn in this mixture until coated.

Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lime, if desired. Serve warm with ranch dressing or spicy mayo.
