Chicken

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Toppings

  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella slices
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to get it ready for baking the chicken evenly.
  2. Season the chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides to enhance flavor.
