Ingredients
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon cardamom
1/16 teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Optional: honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine the almond milk, dried chamomile flowers, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and vanilla extract.
Simmer: Heat the mixture on low for 5 minutes, allowing the ingredients to steep. You can steep for longer for a stronger flavor.
Blend: After steeping, strain the mixture into a blender cup. Add coconut oil and blend for about 10–20 seconds until frothy.
Serve: Pour the frothy moon milk latte into your favorite mug and serve right away.
Notes
Coconut oil adds extra froth to the moon milk. You can also use a frother if preferred.
Adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup according to your taste.
