Description

Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

Wrappers and Frying:

  • 12 egg-roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Dipping Sauce:

  • ketchup-mayo-pickle relish mix


Instructions

  1. Brown beef with onion: Cook ground beef with diced onion until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Season the beef: Stir in ketchup, mustard, and shredded cheese. Allow mixture to cool slightly.
  3. Fill and roll: Spoon the beef filling onto each egg-roll wrapper, fold, and seal the edges.
  4. Fry the egg rolls: In 350°F oil, fry the egg rolls for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
