Description

Soft, buttery pull-apart bread bites loaded with garlic, herbs, and melted cheese—perfect for parties or Italian night.

Ingredients

Bread and Dough

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)

Butter and Seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

Optional Toppings

  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the bread bites.
  2. Prepare Dough: Cut the refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters and place the pieces into a mixing bowl for easy coating with the butter and seasonings.
  3. Mix Butter and Seasonings: In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning, mixing well to infuse the flavors.
  4. Coat Dough Pieces: Pour the butter-garlic mixture over the biscuit pieces in the bowl, then add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together so each piece is evenly coated and cheesy.
  5. Arrange for Baking: Transfer the coated biscuit pieces to a greased baking dish or muffin tin, spreading them out to allow even baking.
  6. Bake: Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the bread bites are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Once baked, optionally sprinkle chopped parsley over the bread bites for a fresh herbal touch. Serve warm, perfect for sharing as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

  • Add red pepper flakes for a spicy version to elevate the flavor.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping to complement the cheesy garlic flavors.
