Ingredients
2 (8‑oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
Unroll one can of crescent dough and separate into triangles. Brush each triangle generously with garlic‑butter mixture.
Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Roll up each triangle from the wide end toward the point and place seam‑side down on the prepared sheet.
Repeat with second can of dough.
Brush the tops with any remaining garlic‑butter mixture and sprinkle with extra cheese and parsley.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving warm.
