Description

A creamy, zesty, and perfectly spicy dip loaded with shredded chicken, cheddar, and Buffalo sauce—served cold for easy prep and irresistible flavor, ideal for game days or gatherings.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works well)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup ranch dressing

½ cup Buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup finely chopped celery (optional, for crunch)

2 Tbsp chopped green onion or chives (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and Buffalo sauce until smooth.

Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, celery (if using), and green onion until evenly coated.

Taste and adjust seasoning or Buffalo sauce as needed.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl or dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to several hours) to let flavors meld and chill.

Garnish with extra cheddar, green onion, or drizzle of hot sauce before serving.
