Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese (4% small curd)
½ avocado
⅓ cup fresh herbs
1½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1½ Tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Place cottage cheese, avocado, herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor.
2. Blend until whipped and creamy, about 60–90 seconds.
3. Remove the blade and stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh herbs.
