Description

A rich, cheesy breakfast casserole packed with eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns, and creamy ranch flavor — this hearty dish is perfect for a crowd or meal prepping a satisfying start to your day.

Ingredients

Egg Mixture

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Base Layer

  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C) to prepare for baking the casserole evenly.
  2. Mix Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  3. Assemble Casserole: Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly at the bottom, then layer the crumbled cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Pour Egg Mixture: Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish, ensuring it seeps through for consistent flavor.
  5. Bake: Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden brown.

Notes
