Description

This Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta is the ultimate comfort food—tender pasta, savory ground beef, and a rich, cheesy sauce all come together in one easy, hearty dish. Perfect for busy weeknights when you need a quick and satisfying meal!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Boil the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Beef

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

Stir in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Pour in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.

Step 4: Combine

Add the cooked pasta to the beef and sauce mixture. Stir until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot!

Notes

For a lighter version, use lean ground beef or ground turkey.

Add vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, or peas for extra nutrition and flavor.
