Description
A naturally sweet, creamy blend of Medjool dates, frozen banana, vanilla, and wholesome mix-ins—packed with fiber and protein for a nourishing, make-ahead breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
½ frozen banana
2 Medjool dates, pitted (softened in warm water if needed)
½ scoop vanilla protein powder (or ½ cup Greek yogurt/kefir)
1 Tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
⅓ cup frozen chopped spinach (optional green boost)
2 ice cubes
½ cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add banana, dates, protein powder (or yogurt), almond butter, spinach, ice, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for about 1 minute until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down as needed
Taste and adjust: add more milk for a thinner texture or another date for extra sweetness.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately. If made early, refrigerate and stir before drinking.
