  • Yield: about 24 pinwheels

Description

Soft tortillas layered with a creamy, cheesy spinach spread, rolled and sliced into bite‑sized pinwheels—perfect for parties, lunches, or a light snack.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and well‑drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Stir in the drained spinach, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Lay out a tortilla and spread about 1 cup of the mixture evenly over it, leaving a small border around the edges.

Tightly roll up the tortilla starting from one end and repeat with remaining tortillas.

Wrap each roll‑up tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Unwrap and slice each roll into 1‑inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.

Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
