Ingredients
Meatballs and Sauce
- 1 pound frozen or homemade meatballs
- 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Pasta
- 12 ounces spaghetti
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker: Add the meatballs, marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper into the slow cooker. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients evenly without breaking the meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs and sauce: Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or on High for 3–4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the meatballs to become tender.
- Cook the spaghetti: Just before serving, cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente, then drain well.
- Serve: Plate the cooked spaghetti and top generously with the meatballs and sauce from the slow cooker. Optionally garnish with grated Parmesan or fresh basil for added flavor.
Notes
- Consider adding grated Parmesan cheese or fresh basil leaves just before serving to enhance the flavor.
