Description

Creamy, tangy, and herb‑bright, these bite‑sized cheese balls blend rich cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and fresh dill—perfect as an easy, crowd‑pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup fresh dill, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth and well combined.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper evenly.

Fold in the chopped fresh dill until it’s distributed throughout the mixture.

Shape mixture into bite‑sized balls (about 1 Tbsp each) and place on a parchment‑lined tray.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the cheese balls to firm up.

Serve chilled—pair with crackers, veggies, or breadsticks.
