Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110 °F / 43 °C)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 ½ – 3 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Mix yeast, water, and sugar; Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Stir in butter, salt, and enough flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes; Divide into 12 balls.
- Place the balls in a greased pan; Let them rise for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 12–14 minutes until golden.

- Brush warm rolls with melted butter for shine.
- Works great with whole-wheat flour blend.
