Description

Ingredients

2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

  • 1 cup warm water (110 °F / 43 °C)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 ½3 cups all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Mix yeast, water, and sugar; rest 5 min.
  2. Stir in butter, salt, and enough flour to form soft dough.
  3. Knead for 5 minutes; divide into 12 balls.
  4. Place in greased pan; let rise for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 12–14 minutes until golden.
