Ingredients
Bisquick Mix:
- 2 cups
Eggs:
- 4 large
Milk:
- 1 cup
Breakfast Sausage Crumbles:
- 1 cup cooked
Cheddar Cheese (shredded):
- 1 cup
Green Onions (chopped, optional):
- 1/4 cup
Salt and Pepper:
- To taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven: to 375 °F (190 °C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Whisk eggs and milk: together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in Bisquick mix: until just combined (do not overmix).
- Fold in sausage, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Divide batter: evenly among muffin cups (about ¾ full).
- Bake: for 20–23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool slightly: before removing from pan. Serve warm or store for meal prep.
Notes
- Substitute bacon or ham for the sausage if desired.
- Great to freeze — reheat in the microwave for 30–45 seconds or in the oven at 325 °F for 10 minutes.
