Description
Juicy seared beef bites and crispy potatoes tossed in a rich garlic-butter sauce — quick, hearty, and full of flavor.
Ingredients
For the Beef Bites:
- 1 lb sirloin or stew beef, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, parsley
For the Potatoes:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, pepper, parsley
Instructions
- Boil Potatoes: Boil potatoes for 8–10 minutes until tender; then, drain them.
- Sear Beef: Heat oil in a skillet and sear beef cubes for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Add butter and garlic to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet; toss them in the garlic butter. Return the seared beef to the skillet and coat everything well.
Notes
- Finish with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan.
- Works beautifully with chicken or shrimp, too.
