Description

Mini burger bites wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with garlic-butter, and baked until golden and cheesy — an irresistible appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

Ground Beef:

  • 1 lb

Garlic Powder:

  • 1 tsp

Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar):

  • 1/2 cup

Refrigerated Biscuit Dough:

  • 1 can

Butter, melted:

  • 2 tbsp

Grated Parmesan:

  • 1 tbsp


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown beef: Cook the ground beef with garlic powder until browned; let it cool slightly.
  3. Prepare filling: Flatten the biscuit dough, fill with the cooked beef and shredded cheese, then seal into balls.
  4. Brush with butter: Place the filled balls on a baking sheet; brush with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
