Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- Salt & pepper
Topping:
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup biscuit or pancake mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Spread in pie dish; top with cheese.
- Bake 25–30 min until golden.
Brown beef & onion; drain fat.
Whisk milk, eggs, and biscuit mix; pour over beef.
