Ingredients

Ground Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Salad:

  • 6 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Dressing:

  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef with taco seasoning: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning and water as per the packet instructions. Cook until beef is fully cooked and seasoned.
  2. Assemble salad bowls with lettuce and toppings: Divide the chopped lettuce among four bowls. Top each with cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, and crushed tortilla chips.
  3. Add beef, cheese, chips, and drizzle with dressing: Spoon the seasoned ground beef over each salad bowl. Sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. Finish by drizzling salsa and sour cream over the top.
