Ingredients
Ground Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Salad:
- 6 cups lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
Dressing:
- Salsa
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef with taco seasoning: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the taco seasoning and water as per the packet instructions. Cook until beef is fully cooked and seasoned.
- Assemble salad bowls with lettuce and toppings: Divide the chopped lettuce among four bowls. Top each with cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Add beef, cheese, chips, and drizzle with dressing: Spoon the seasoned ground beef over each salad bowl. Sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. Finish by drizzling salsa and sour cream over the top.
