Description

This Healthy Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip is a deliciously creamy, protein-packed snack made with just 3 ingredients in under 5 minutes. The perfect healthy treat for fruit lovers, this dip pairs well with fresh fruits and is easily customizable. It’s a guilt-free, high-protein, high-fiber dip that makes for a great snack, breakfast topping, or dessert!

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (I recommend Fage nonfat 0% or your preferred choice)

1 tablespoon honey (or to taste, you can substitute with maple syrup or agave)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Garnishes and Add-Ins:

Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Apple slices, kiwi, or melon cubes

A sprinkle of granola, nuts, or seeds

Cinnamon or toasted coconut flakes for extra flavor

Instructions

Mix: In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

Garnish: Transfer the yogurt mixture to a serving bowl and drizzle a little extra honey on top for added sweetness if desired.

Serve & Enjoy: Pair the yogurt dip with fresh fruit like berries, apple slices, kiwi, or melon cubes. You can also serve it with granola, cinnamon sugar pretzels, or graham crackers for a fun, versatile dip.

Notes

Optional Variations:

Sugar-Free: Replace the honey with a natural sweetener like stevia or monkfruit.

Dairy-Free: Use a plant-based yogurt, such as almond milk or coconut yogurt, for a dairy-free version.

Protein Boost: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to the mix to make this even more filling and protein-packed.

Richer Flavor: Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier dip. You can also try adding a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to complement the vanilla flavor.

Storage:
Store any leftover Greek yogurt fruit dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. This dip does not freeze well, as it may separate and become grainy upon thawing.
