Description

These Homemade Funfetti Marshmallow Popcorn Treats combine sweet marshmallows, buttery popcorn, and colorful Funfetti sprinkles for a deliciously fun snack that everyone will love! Perfect for parties, after-school treats, or a fun family activity, these easy-to-make popcorn bars are a hit with both kids and adults. Ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

3 tbsp butter

7 cups popcorn (freshly popped)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop cake batter protein powder

50 regular-size marshmallows

Funfetti sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

Start by popping your popcorn using your preferred method (stovetop, microwave, or air popper). You’ll need about 6-7 cups of popped popcorn.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.

Remove the marshmallow mixture from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and cake batter protein powder.

Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly.

Add Funfetti sprinkles to the popcorn mixture, then toss again to distribute them evenly.

Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking dish or sheet pan. Press the mixture into a flat, even layer using a spatula (or lightly greased hands).

Optional: Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top, adding extra sprinkles if desired.

Let the treats firm up at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, then cut into squares or break into clusters. Enjoy!

Notes

For a fun variation, you can add mini chocolate chips or colorful candy pieces for added sweetness and texture.

If using protein powder, feel free to adjust the flavor to match your preference—vanilla or cake batter works best!

These treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
