Description

Savory, colorful, and crowd-pleasing—these easy-to-make pinwheels feature Italian meats, cheeses, and vibrant veggies rolled in tortillas for a fun appetizer or snack perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tsp Italian seasoning

4 oz sliced salami, chopped

4 oz sliced pepperoni, chopped

4 oz provolone cheese, finely chopped

1 cup chopped roasted red peppers (from jar), drained

½ cup finely chopped green onions

¼ cup chopped fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Italian seasoning until smooth.

Lay tortillas flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each, leaving about ½-inch border.

Evenly sprinkle the chopped salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, roasted peppers, green onions, and fresh basil (if using) over the cream cheese layer.

Tightly roll up each tortilla, keeping the filling secure. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (this helps firm them up and makes slicing easier).

Unwrap and slice rolls crosswise into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.

Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
