Ingredients
For the sliders:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack
- 12 slider buns
- 1–2 jalapeños, sliced
For the Spicy Mayo:
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp sriracha
- ½ tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Mix beef with salt & pepper: Form 12 small patties.
- Cook on skillet: 2–3 minutes per side.
- Top with cheese & jalapeños: Cover to melt.
- Mix spicy mayo: Combine mayo, sriracha, and lime juice; spread on buns and assemble.
