Description
A calming, café‑style lavender latte made with espresso or strong coffee, creamy milk, and subtly floral lavender syrup—elegant yet simple to make at home.
Ingredients
1 shot (about 1 oz) espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
1 cup milk (dairy or plant‑based)
1–2 teaspoons lavender syrup (store‑bought or homemade)
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (for extra sweetness)
Optional garnish: dried lavender buds
Instructions
Brew the espresso or strong coffee and pour into your serving mug.
Warm 1 cup of milk (but do not boil)—either in a small saucepan or microwave.
Stir 1–2 teaspoons of lavender syrup (add honey or sugar if desired) into the warm milk.
Froth the milk using a handheld frother, whisk, or shake in a jar until light and airy.
Pour the lavender‑flavored milk over coffee, holding back foam with a spoon; spoon the foam on top.
Garnish with dried lavender buds if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
