Description

This Mango Salsa is a simple, fresh, and vibrant dish with just 5 ingredients! Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or topping for grilled meats or tacos. Sweet mango, creamy avocado, tangy lime, and the subtle bite of red onion and cilantro come together in perfect harmony.


Ingredients

1 mango, diced

1 avocado, diced

½ medium red onion, finely chopped

½ small bunch cilantro (about ½ cup chopped)

2 tbsp lime juice (from 1 medium lime)


Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

Dice the mango and avocado into small cubes.

Finely chop the red onion and cilantro.

Mix the Salsa:

In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, chopped red onion, and cilantro.

Add Lime Juice:

Squeeze 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice over the ingredients (you can add more lime juice to taste).

Toss and Serve:
