Description
These Nutella No Bake Cookies are a delicious twist on the classic no-bake cookie, with hazelnut chocolate spread and peanut butter mixed with oats for a super chocolate-y treat. Quick and easy to make, these cookies set in just 15-30 minutes and are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup milk
½ cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup Nutella
3 cups quick oats
Instructions
Cook the Base: In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter. Heat over medium heat, bringing the mixture to a boil. Let it boil for 1 full minute.
Remove from Heat: Take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, salt, peanut butter, Nutella, and quick oats. Stir until everything is well combined.
Shape the Cookies: Drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto parchment paper. Let them set for 15-30 minutes at room temperature. You can also refrigerate them to speed up the process.
Serve & Enjoy: Once the cookies are set, enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container.
Notes
Butter: I always use unsalted butter in my baking to control the amount of sodium in recipes.
Clean Up: For an easy cleanup, line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. After the cookies set, just slide the paper off the cookie sheet—no pan to scrub!
Milk: You can use whole, skim, or non-dairy milk (such as almond or oat milk) in this recipe.
Serving Tip: These cookies taste best chilled. The cold temperature really enhances the Nutella flavor and gives them a fudgy texture.
