Tender, juicy Italian meatballs inspired by Olive Garden’s signature style — perfect over spaghetti or served with marinara sauce.
Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Place on baking sheet; bake for 20–22 minutes or until browned.
- Serve with marinara sauce and pasta.
Mix all ingredients until combined; roll into 1½-inch balls.
