Description

Tender, juicy Italian meatballs inspired by Olive Garden’s signature style — perfect over spaghetti or served with marinara sauce.


Ingredients

Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
  2. Mix all ingredients until combined; roll into 1½-inch balls.

  3. Place on baking sheet; bake for 20–22 minutes or until browned.
  4. Serve with marinara sauce and pasta.
