Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
12 oz orange candy melts
Small pretzel sticks (for stems)
Green leaf icing decoration (optional)
Instructions
Crush the Oreos:
Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely crumbled.
Mix with Cream Cheese:
Add the softened cream cheese to the crumbled Oreos and mix until well combined.
Shape the Balls:
Scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
Score the Pumpkin Shape:
Use a toothpick to gently score lines into the Oreo balls to create a pumpkin-like appearance. Return them to the refrigerator for 10 more minutes.
Melt the Candy Coating:
Melt the orange candy melts according to package directions, either over a double boiler or in the microwave.
Dip the Oreo Balls:
Dip each Oreo ball into the melted orange candy melts, shaking off any excess chocolate. Place the coated balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Decorate:
Immediately decorate each ball with a small pretzel stick (for the pumpkin stem) and a green leaf icing decoration (if desired).
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate until set and ready to serve.
