Description

Ingredients

2 cooked chicken breasts (shredded or diced)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce (shredded)

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup sour cream

2 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil (for heating)


Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • If using pre-cooked chicken, warm it in the pan until heated through. If using raw chicken, cook it thoroughly and then shred or dice.

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Lay the tortillas flat and spread a spoonful of sour cream on each.

  • Layer the chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on each tortilla.

  • Roll up the tortillas to form wraps, folding in the sides as you go.

  • Place the wraps in the pan, seam side down, and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  • Remove from heat and cut in half before serving.
