Curry Sauce

  • 3 tbsp massaman curry paste
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Place the sliced onion and halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker, creating a flavorful foundation for the curry.
  2. Add the Chicken: Arrange the chicken drumsticks evenly on top of the vegetables to ensure even cooking.
