Description
Tender teriyaki-marinated flank steak paired with colorful stir-fried vegetables for a quick, easy, and flavorful Asian-inspired dinner.
Ingredients
Steak and Marinade
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
Vegetables
- 2 cups mixed stir-fry vegetables (such as bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, broccoli)
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: Place the sliced flank steak in a bowl and pour the teriyaki sauce over it. Toss to coat thoroughly and let it marinate for 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Stir-Fry the Steak: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak slices and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Add Vegetables: Add the mixed stir-fry vegetables to the skillet with the steak. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, about 4 to 6 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Ensure everything is heated through and well combined. Remove from heat and serve immediately, optionally with steamed rice or noodles.
