Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade taco seasoning)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef (or turkey) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
