Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it is ready for baking the buns evenly.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and everything bagel seasoning. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and melted butter until smooth. Then, blend the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to form a dough.
- Shape Buns: Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a bun shape. Place the buns on a lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Sprinkle Seasoning: Lightly sprinkle additional everything bagel seasoning on top of each bun to enhance flavor and texture.
- Bake: Bake the buns in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown on top and are firm to the touch.
