Instructions
- Simmer Cauliflower: In a large pot, combine the chopped cauliflower and broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 15–20 minutes, until the cauliflower is very soft.
- Blend Until Smooth: Using an immersion blender or a countertop blender, puree the cooked cauliflower and broth mixture until silky and smooth.
- Stir in Cream: Return the blended soup to the pot if needed, then stir in the cream or milk to add richness and creaminess.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Serve the soup warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or cracked pepper.
