- ½ cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 ripe banana
Dairy & Alternatives
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
Liquids
- 1 cup coconut water or unsweetened almond milk
Additions
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients including pineapple, mango, banana, yogurt, shredded coconut, coconut water or almond milk, and ice cubes.
- Combine in Blender: Add pineapple chunks, mango chunks, banana, Greek or dairy-free yogurt, shredded coconut, and coconut water or almond milk into the blender.
- Blend Smooth: Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy, which should take about 30 to 60 seconds depending on blender power.
- Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add extra coconut water or almond milk; if too thin, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately for best freshness and flavor.
Notes
- Using frozen fruit makes the smoothie thicker and colder without needing as many ice cubes.
- Adding chia seeds can increase the fiber content and help you feel fuller longer.
- For an extra tropical zing, add a splash of fresh lime juice to brighten the flavors.
