- 100 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and allow it to preheat while you prepare the poppers.
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- Stuff the Jalapenos: Fill each halved and seeded jalapeno with the cheese mixture, ensuring each is generously filled but not overflowing.
- Add Breadcrumb Topping (Optional): If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top of each stuffed jalapeno for added crunch.
- Arrange in Air Fryer Basket: Place the stuffed jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
- Cook: Air fry for 8–10 minutes until the jalapenos are tender, and the cheese filling is golden and bubbly.
- Serve Warm: Carefully remove the poppers and let them cool slightly. Serve warm as a delicious appetizer or snack.

- Wear gloves when handling jalapenos to avoid skin irritation.
- For extra flavor, add bacon bits to the cheese mixture.
