Instructions

  1. Cook Chorizo: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chorizo sausage. Cook until the chorizo is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet with the chorizo. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Prepare Eggs: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
