Ingredients
For the Shrimp
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Slaw
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
For the Lime Crema
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

- 8 small corn tortillas
- Lime wedges

Instructions
- Season the shrimp: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated with the spices.
- Preheat the grill: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, ensuring it is hot before adding the shrimp.
- Grill the shrimp: Place shrimp on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
- Make the slaw: Combine shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl, tossing to mix well and create a fresh, tangy slaw.
- Prepare the lime crema: Mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with lime juice and chopped cilantro until smooth and creamy.
- Warm the tortillas: Place corn tortillas on the grill and warm for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable and slightly charred.
- Assemble the tacos: Fill each warm tortilla with a generous portion of slaw and grilled shrimp.
- Serve: Drizzle lime crema over the tacos, add optional sliced avocado and lime wedges on the side, and serve immediately for the best flavor.
