- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, and a pinch of salt until evenly combined.
- Add wet ingredients: Stir in the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), milk, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and holds together when pressed.
- Fold in strawberries: Gently fold in the chopped fresh or dried strawberries, distributing them evenly throughout the mixture.
- Press mixture into pan: Line a square pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan, ensuring the surface is level and compact.
- Chill to set: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set and firm up.
- Slice and serve: Once firm, remove from the refrigerator, lift the mixture from the pan, and cut into 10–12 bars. Serve immediately or store for later.
