Ingredients

- 12 ounces (340 g) rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- ½ cup celery, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup frozen peas, thawed
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Dressing
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the pasta.
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
