- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg (optional)

- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Prepare the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, without using the seasoning packets. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set them aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Add Sauces: Stir in the soy sauce and chili garlic sauce (or sriracha), mixing well to combine the flavors in the skillet.
- Toss Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss thoroughly to coat them in the sauce and garlic mixture evenly.
- Cook Egg (optional): Crack the egg into the skillet with the noodles and stir continuously until the egg is cooked through and integrated into the noodles.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish the spicy ramen with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving immediately.
